Nah, Daron never said they're not coming back, he said they're not coming back SOON. Nothing is decided and we probably know as much as the band members about it, if they feel they want to be SOAD again then they will. Think of it this way, there's a room entitled: "System Of A DOwn", and currently, the band members have left the room to do other things, but they've 'left the door open' so they can one day, come back to it. You have to put faith in SOAD, they wouldn't lie to their fans!
