I think he mustve been smoking something to make up his own language and sing in it! and the record company mustve been smoking something too to let him release a song in a language that NO ONE except him understand. Music is supposed to touch people and be relatable.

I think he was trying to make a statement about how language is arbitrary and that music is the real universal language. You have to admit that this song makes you feel real emotion even though you don't understand the words, just like when you hear any song in a language you don't know.

... you know that this is not in Swedish right? xD I don't believe I've ever heard him sing in Swedish, so it's a bit hard to come to that conclusion. o.0 Although it'd be cool if he mixed Persian and Swedish... no one has done it yet. :(

i think he does sing in swedish. he has a song,where he sings in a foreign language, some say it is swedish. i dont know the name, but it is in youtube. He sings it pretty well. check it out.

there are other great bands that sometimes sing in gibberish. don't get me wrong, i love language and poetry. i study literature. however, musically the voice is also an instrument. some of my favorite parts of songs are just vocal sounds, for example the emotional sort of wail in Hey Jupiter by
Tori Amos. I mean thing of how many times songs have la la la, na na na, or aah aah ooh in them. la la la is universal actually. just my two cents.
