Well, first of all, if you consider yourself weak, then it's very hard to maintain that position, but anyone can do it; you just have to put your mind to it. Keep on practicing, and practicing, with the stab position first for a while, before you move on. Don't rush. Something huge takes time to do. But it may help if you do some fitness or strength training to gain muscle. It may help. But it depends mostly on your skills and your determination.
