are (hopefully) fixes for those issues 1. "The application failed to initalize properly (0xc0000135)" Fix: You need to download the Microsoft .NET Framework ================================ 2. Error -6 in itunes This occurs when you are trying to install a custom firmware through iTunes while y
our ipod is in Restore mode Fix:In order to install a custom firmware you must be in DFU mode 1)Plug in your ipod and open iTunes 2)Turn on the ipod 3)Hold down the power and home button for 7 seconds 4)Let go of the power button 3 seconds after the screen shuts off 5)Continue holding down the home
button until you hear the beep on your computer and iTunes popup says your ipod must be restored ================================ 3. Error 1601,2,3,4 This happens when you are trying to install a custom firmware through itunes while your ipod is in partial DFU mode. Fix#1: You need to put your
ipod into true DFU mode 1)Plug in your ipod and open iTunes 2)Turn on the ipod 3)Hold down the power and home button for 7 seconds 4)Let go of the power button 3 seconds after the screen shuts off 5)Continue holding down the home button until you hear the beep on your computer and iTunes popup says
