@bvantrogus..Correct, that's What I heard too. All I know for the downward zipline is that they use the gravity to get the rider down the zipline. But how does the upward direction works then ?

That's right. If you go out on the river and look at the two lines from the side, they will look like a giant "X". You could zip down one, climb the hill on the other side, and then zip back to the first side.

Zip lines are great when they're done wright, but for any government, not install a simple bridge so as that it's own people can travel from point A to point B, is fucked.
